HVAC Technician
We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.
Skill sets should include:
o 5
Years of Commercial HVAC experience o Type 1 and Type 2 certifications o Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills o Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus o Experience with older buildings is a plus o Must be organized and maintain a clean work space o Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs o Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur o Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations o Must have the ability to work on and support a team o Must have basic computer skills and email knowledge o Must have effective time management skills o Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsWe offer:
